Happily Ever After

Pauline Carey, MA, RCC

A relationship enrichment course suitable for married couples, cohabiting couples, and dating couples, that want a happy and long-lasting intimate relationship. The course includes the tried and tested relationship-building tools developed by psychologist John Gottman, as well as self-directed personality assessment based on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. The interaction between you and your partner’s personality types is examined. Understanding this interaction helps reduce interpersonal stress and strengthen your emotional bonds and relationship satisfaction. The program involves active learning, and participants have the opportunity of practising and refining their skills between sessions.
